WARRANTY AT BIENE

Our Policy

We are confident in the quality of our products and supplier selection. Many items are covered by warranty and it starts on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

For AFFINITY products, the warranty covers:

  • Faucet (Mixer) - 5 years on cartridge

  • Faucet (Cold)  - 2 years on cartridge

  • Sink surface      - 1 year against rusty

  • Shower - 5 years on cartridge & diverter

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Enjoy free shipping for purchases above $500 or pay a flat fee of $32.10 to buy you time and energy to do what you want. For return order, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you bought the item on a free shipping promotion you are still subject to cover the necessary shipping on the item.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, together with proof of purchase for either an exchange or a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packing.

If for some reason your order arrived damaged or contained missing items, report to us immediately, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement ASAP. Otherwise, the order will be deemed to be received by you in good order and condition, and no claims can be made thereafter. 

Our return policy does not apply to toilet seat & cover, used faucets and kitchen/electrical appliances, products from AS-IS, goods ordered to your specifications, e.g. custom-made tops for vanity, custom-made cabinets, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly and products damaged after leaving the store.
